Season Ticket Holder Policies & Info


Variable Pricing 
The Anaheim Ducks have instituted a new variable pricing system for our plan seats. There are four (4) different price levels for your plan. Variable pricing will provide you with a printed ticket value that will better reflect the demand for the game. 

Change of Address 
A change of mailing and/or shipping address request must be completed in writing by the Season Ticket Holder of record or an officer of the company if a company is the Season Ticket Holder of record. Please indicate any change in phone number(s) and email address(es) as well. Please contact your rep to make a request. 

Account Ownership 
The Anaheim Ducks recognize the primary account holder of record as the name or company that appears on the first line of the account. Any transactions conducted concerning a Season Ticket Account will only be made with the account holder of record.

Transfer of Accounts 
The transfer of an account to any other person or company is allowed only through a written letter by the current primary account holder of record. This letter should indicate the primary’s willingness to release their account to a new primary person on the account. The new primary’s contact information should be included and the letter must be signed and dated by both the old and new primary account holders. 

It is also important for the Anaheim Ducks to protect and reward long-time Season Ticket Holders by allowing them to upgrade/choose their seat location based on priority. Therefore, the Anaheim Ducks will NOT allow splitting of seats from their current account. Any seats released from an account will be offered on a priority basis. 

Safeguarding of Tickets 
Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Lost or stolen tickets create problems for all concerned. We suggest that you detach the proper ticket for the game that you are attending and leave the remaining tickets secured to safeguard against loss or theft. 

Stolen tickets will be replaced only when the Season Ticket Holder of record presents an official police report to the Ducks Ticket Office. These replacement tickets will be honored over the season tickets originally issued.

If season tickets are lost, left at home or an incorrect ticket is presented for admission, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the Ducks. Lost tickets can also be re-printed at home for no additional fees by logging onto the account manager program using your account number and password at any time. 

The Anaheim Ducks welcome your partners as well. You are entitled to list your partners as secondary contacts on your account. By listing your partners on account, you are allowing them the option to contact your account rep when they have ticket issues 

Season Tickets may not be sold, assigned, hypothecated or transferred in any manner except through an authorized Ticketmaster resale product. The sale or transfer of any individual game ticket for consideration on Arena property is strictly prohibited. In the event of a sale or an attempted sale of fifty percent (50%) or more of the Season Tickets (by event or in the aggregate, regardless of method of sale) or a sale or an attempted sale of any of the Season Tickets in a manner or at a price in violation of the official Terms of Agreement or any federal, state or local law or regulation, ADHC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or eliminate any of Holder’s rights or benefits or provided to season ticket holders generally, partial or otherwise, (e.g., priority, rewards, etc.) and/or immediately cancel all or a portion of the Season Tickets, all without refund of offset of any kind (in addition to any penalties and/or fines imposed by applicable authorities). Purchasing By Phone 
To purchase individual game ticket by phone; you can call the Ducks Ticketmaster Charge Line at (714) 703-2545. Ticket orders placed less than 10 days prior to the date of the game cannot be mailed and must be picked up under the name in which the tickets were ordered at Will Call, located at the Honda Center Box Office. Tickets can be picked up at Will Call starting two hours prior to the game time. Please note that a photo ID is required to pick up Will Call tickets. 

In Person 
Tickets can be purchased at the Honda Center Box Office or at any Ticketmaster location.

Will Call
Tickets purchased online or by phone, that were not mailed may be claimed at the Will Call windows at the Honda Center Box Office on the east side of the building. You must have a valid photo ID to claim Will Call tickets. Only the original buyer can claim tickets from Will Call. Tickets can be left at Will Call for another guest, but must be claimed by the original buyer and then left for the secondary customer. The ticket office is not responsible for these transactions. 

Children’s Tickets
All patrons age two (2) and older are required to have a ticket. Children under two (2) get in free. 

Standing Room Only Tickets
The Ducks have Standing Room Only tickets available at the Box Office windows for select games when all seats have sold out. Please call 877-WILD WING for more information. 

Ticket Office Business Hours
The Honda Center Box Office is open Monday – Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm. The Box Office will have extended hours on Sundays three (3) hours prior to an event, but only for tickets associated with that day’s event. 

Group Tickets
The Ducks are capable of hosting small and large groups in a variety of seating locations. Groups of 20 or more are eligible to receive a discount on tickets, scoreboard recognition, raffle prizes and group leader rewards. Group tickets can also be used as an exciting method of fundraising for schools and non-profit groups. For more information, please contact the group sales department at 877-WILD-WING. 

Disabled Seating
Disabled seating is available throughout Honda Center on the Plaza, Premium, and Terrace Levels. Please call 877-WILD-WING for information and availability.
